Exclamation Welcome Back GS'ers!

Hi all! , i hope everybody has been keeping well , as you can see we are up and running again , hopefully with no more disruptions in service , we have a brand new host with superior servers and upgradability to match.

The forum looks a little different and feels a little different but its the same place but with a few bells and whistles , ok within the user control panel ( user CP ) the button to your upper left you will find a new subscription service to help with the site costs and bacon and rolls come BMF time ( we need a tent lol ).

The breakdown of this subscription is £3 a year for just a standard subscription or £10 a year and that includes the BMF affiliated membership ( due in late December early January ) both subscriptions open up access to the entire site including the new shiney gallery , i still am a little uncomfortable about the subscriptions but everybody seemed to be hinting that they wouldnt mind a "small" subscription to help out , ill run a poll here just to see how folks really feel.

All thats really left to say is ive missed you guys and in the words of Ty Pennington "Welcome home GS'ers , Welcome home"

PS. Oh..im a day early up and running

Glad your back up with better hosting m8, the site seems a lot quicker now (or is that my dodgy 20meg modem kicking in?) I'll gladly pay some subs money to keep you up and running, It's a top rated site and worth the small contribution your asking.

Regards..

VoodooChile...

Well done! It's nice to see the old place back!

Subscriptions make LOADS of sense. I'm more than happy to do that, especially as you've got the price spot on. That's less than a mag costs for a single issue.

Woooohoooooo! You're back! Great! Not least because it will let me get back in touch with people I've lost track of here. Had a disastrous time lately and ended up losing all my emails and all my contacts from my mobile phone. Moral: paper is not dead yet! Apologies to everyone whose radar I've dropped off over the past 6 months, please PM me and we can reset ourselves!

Great to see the site back Lev, and will be paying up very shortly.

Actually Lev, I have a question about the subscriptions. With the £10 membership, does any more money go to you than with the £3 one? It might sound a stupid question, but here is where I'm coming from: I don't have any use for the BMF affiliation part of the subscription. So, if the extra £7 goes entirely to the BMF then I won't bother with it. If, however the £10 subscription boosts your wallet by any more than the £3 one, then I'll happily pay it just to boost the site's support a bit. Hope that makes sense! Not being tight, just trying to give the site the best support I can without wasting money!
