G'Day John, Welcome to the playground mate

Oh we don't mind spongers, so long as they have paid up their subscription, or the odd one that hasn't

There are loads of good folks on here that know the GS better than sookie and have a broad range of mechanical experience into the bargain, so any problems, just shout out, one of us will have seen it or experienced it at some point. I look forward to seeing your new machine

Hi folks, I got my bike by accident, my nephew was going to take his test last December and bought this 94M reg 500e, I got a call at the end of November asking if I would fetch it and keep hold of it until he passed, he couldn't get booked in until end Jan-Feb, so went to on holiday!, I was using the bike and 'bonded' with it as my daughter sayes lol, any way my nephew got himself a 50cc 13reg scooter to run about on so I bought this gs off him, I had not been on a bike for 18yrs and then it was a C90 lol which I had as a commuter in London, befor that my last bike was a GPZ 750turbo in 1989. I must say that I am enjoying being back on 2 wheels!!

Welcome to the playground dave

There is nothing more satisfying than meandering up a country road on a warm sunny day taking in all that's around you...something the GS is perfect for
